The name Rèvè-yëthe Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Rèvè-yëthe Bî was founded by Ving Zlêreshèj, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Rèvè-yëthe Bî receives an average of 224 cm/y (88 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Rèvè-yëthe Bî covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 1374 m (4507 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Rèvè-yëthe Bî was founded durring the late 15th century in winter of the year 1371, by Ving Zlêreshèj. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Rèvè-yëthe Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Rèvè-yëthe Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Rèvè-yëthe Bî is buildings are located arround a single premissive flagstone mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. The town's would-be-castle fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
Rèvè-yëthe Bî has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Rèvè-yëthe Bî ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. The locals seem to have responded to their slow downfall by recreating Rèvè-yëthe Bî as one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which the town brings to mind.
Civic Infrastructure

Rèvè-yëthe Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Rèvè-yëthe Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Rèvè-yëthe Bî possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Rèvè-yëthe Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Rèvè-yëthe Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
The locals are convinced that there is some terrible threat against them working from within their society. It may be a matter of dark sorcerers, foreign spies, traitorous neighbors, shape shifting monsters, or some other hidden evil. This evil may be a recent fear, or it may be an inherited peril they’ve always had to guard against. The danger itself may or may not exist, or if it exists it may not justify the steps being taken.
Rèvè-yëthe Bî's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
